Tony’s team was pleasant to work with and very efficient! The price ended up being at the lower end of what Tony quoted me and was very reasonable compared to what a national junk removal company may have charged. Would highly recommend Bye Junk!

I will be calling Tony at Bye Junk for all of my junk removal needs. I own a real estate company and finding reliable, honest, and communicative people to do any sort of work…is a near impossibility in Pittsburgh. I messaged Tony on yelp on Thursday about removing some things my tenant left behind. He messaged me within 10 minutes and we had agreed on a price and date to have the things picked up. I always read as many reviews as I can before I hire someone and Bye Junk really live up to their 5 stars! Everyone was very nice and the price was affordable and the crew certainly earned it. They had a heck of a time wrestling two overstuffed sofas through a small door. I’m emptying my mother’s house and for being an itty bitty woman, she always bought massive furniture. But back to the crew….very, very nice hard working guys who I would hire again in a heartbeat.

When searching for junk removal spots, I was really overwhelmed by the prices. I only needed to have a few large items removed from my house. I was so thankful for the service and care I received from Bye Junk. Tony is so kind and explained everything to me in how he typically works. He encouraged me to take a few photos of the items I wanted removed and that he would send me a quote. I gave him my budget for the project, and thankfully he was willing to work with me to meet it. The job was done quickly (only a couple days after calling) and well. This is a small, family-owned business, which is who we all should be trying to support over those large chains. And Tony’s prices and service surely beats out the other guys. If we ever have more junk to remove, we are calling Tony first!
